We check availability and send a fixed quote. Your booking is confirmed in writing after you accept.

Your chauffeur meets you at the confirmed place and time. For airport collections, flight monitoring helps align pick-up with your actual landing.
Corporate accounts
For companies that travel regularly: approved bookers, written journey confirmations and itemised invoicing, with monthly billing available by agreement.

Built on more than twenty years of professional driving experience, ZIMUS provides pre-booked executive journeys centred on the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, clear communication and considered planning.
Every request is reviewed before a quote is sent. Pick-up details, passenger and luggage requirements, and any additional charges are clarified before the journey is confirmed.
If a journey requires another vehicle, a carefully selected licensed chauffeur partner may be assigned. ZIMUS remains responsible for the booking and your communication throughout.

Questions
Is sending the form a confirmed booking?
No. It sends us the details we need to prepare a price and check availability. Your booking is confirmed only when you accept the quote and we send a confirmation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the flight number you give us and adjust the collection to your actual landing time. Airport collections include 60 minutes of free waiting from the moment your flight lands, so a delay does not cost you extra. See our booking terms for full details.
What is included in the price?
The journey, fuel, flight monitoring, meet and greet and the free waiting time. Airport drop-off and collection charges, parking, tolls and the London Congestion Charge are added at cost and shown separately on your quote. Full details are in our booking terms.
Do you travel outside London and the South East?
Yes. We are based in West Sussex, near Gatwick, and carry out pre-booked journeys anywhere in the UK, including long-distance travel and cruise terminals.
Who will drive me?
The core service is carried out in the ZIMUS V-Class. If a second vehicle is needed, a carefully selected licensed chauffeur partner may be assigned. ZIMUS remains responsible for the booking and communication.
Can my company open an account?
Yes. Companies can apply for approved bookers and itemised invoicing. Monthly billing and PO or cost-centre references are agreed as part of account approval. Apply for a corporate account.
